When I built my own life in New Zealand, I felt what so many professionals feel after immigrating. Qualified, experienced, and yet starting again, learning a new system from scratch while quietly wondering where I belonged.
I found my footing, and I founded NovaSelf to help others find theirs faster. I am a finance professional and a certified coach, so we work on both the inner and the outer. This is more than a career transition. It is a professional homecoming.
